Terms of service

Payment

All services must be paid for in full by bank transfer at least 48 hours before your appointment date. The only exception to this is if you wish to pay in cash on the day. This must be agreed with me in advance, at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Amendments and cancellations

If you need to amend or cancel your appointment date or time for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible. There will be no charge for this.

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact me in advance to let me know, I may refuse future bookings with you.

In the unlikely event that a service is cancelled by me, for example due to illness, you may choose either a full refund or a rescheduled appointment date. I will not be liable for any expenses incurred, such as time taken off work, travel or accommodation.

Changes to services and prices

Changes to the prices of products and services may occur at any time.

Any and all services may be discontinued or modified at any time. If a service is discontinued I will provide a full refund to clients who have already booked and paid if an equivalent service cannot be offered.

Time keeping

If you expect to be late on the day of your appointment, please keep me updated.

It might not be a problem, but if you are more than thirty minutes late I cannot guarantee that we can complete your service.

Equally, please do not arrive early (no more than ten minutes).

Gift vouchers

Full payment is required in advance for all gift vouchers. Vouchers will be posted to you once payment is received.

Gift vouchers are valid for one year but may be extended at my discretion.

Style Sessions

Please complete the online questionnaire and send the requested photographs to me within the time frame stated in your confirmation email. Failure to do so may mean that we cannot complete every aspect of this service.

Online Personal Shopping

You have full responsibility for the purchase of items selected (and returns if necessary) after an online shopping experience. Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee that the colour, size or quality of items recommended by me and subsequently purchased online will be as expected.
